Many theorists have examined the structure of the narrative. The French general Georges is one of the most prominent structuralist theorists, whose theory is one of the most complete theories of narratology. The purpose of this research is to study and express narratology in the novel "Umm Saad" by Ghassan Kanfani and "Totally Special" by Abbas Maroufi based on Gerard Gennet"s theory. METHODOLOGY: This descriptive-analytical study aims to analyze Persian and Arabic novels based on the narrative information of Genet, which is rooted in the individual personality and emotional experiences of the narrator, based on Genet"s narratological perspective. Analyze the narrative text of the narrative centers, the narrative distance, the narration expression, and the types of views prevailing and involved in both novels, and determine and record the power of the authors" storytelling analysis in changing the narrative system of the novel and the value of each.. CONCLUSION: Conclusion: The novels "Umm Sa"d" and "Totally Special" each more or less directly or indirectly return to their past, which turns the narrative into a time of retrospective depravity. But the difference between Kanfani and the famous novel is that the novel "Umm Sa"d" is realistic and reduces the audience"s distance from the text, and this has added to the dynamics of Kanfani"s narration and turned his work into a living text, while The novel is "completely special" in accordance with imaginary realism, and this sometimes takes the narrator away from the context of the narrative text and sometimes makes the narration harmonious and sometimes heterogeneous, which is the criterion of the semantic attitude of a famous work. "Kanfani and Maroufi" also used real places in the novel that have an external meaning. The narration of both novels is omniscient.زمینه و هدف: روایت یکی از مهمترین فنون ادبی و عنصری اساسی در نظریۀ ادبی است، که ما را در درک متون ادبی یاری میرساند. نظریه پردازان بسیاری ساختار روایت را مورد بررسی قرار داده اند. ژرارژنت فرانسوی، از برجسته ترین نظریه پردازان ساختارگرا است که نظریۀ او از کاملترین نظریه های روایت‌شناسی به شمار می‌آید. هدف از پژوهش موردنظر بررسی و بیان روایت‌شناسی در رمان «ام سعد» غسان کنفانی و «تماماً مخصوص» عباس معروفی براساس نظریۀ ژرار ژنت میباشد. روش تحقیق: این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بر آن شده که با تکیه بر دیدگاه روایت‌شناسی ژنت به میزان ارزیابی اطلاعات روایی «روای» که ریشه در وجه شخصیت فردی و تجربیات عاطفی راوی دارد، به تحلیل رمانهای فارسی و عربی با اصل زمان کانونهای روایت، فاصله روایت، بیان روایت و انواع دیدگاه های حاکم و دخیل در هر دو رمان به تحلیل متن روایی آن پرداخته و قدرت تحلیل داستان‌پردازی نویسندگان در تغییر دادن نظام روایت‌شناسانۀ رمان و ارزش هر یک را تعیین و ثبت نماید. نتیجه گیری: رمانهای «ام سعد» و «تماماً مخصوص» هر یک کم یا زیاد مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم به گذشته خویش بازگشت دارند که روایت را به زمان پریشی گذشته نگر بدل میکنند. اما سیر تفاوت رمان کنفانی و معروفی بر این روال است که رمان «ام سعد» واقعگرایانه و کاهش‌دهندۀ فاصله مخاطب از متن است و این امر بر پویای روایتگری کنفانی افزوده و اثر او را به متنی زنده تبدیل نموده است، در حالیکه رمان «تماماً مخصوص» منطبق بر واقعگرایی تخیلی ترسیم شده است و همین امر گاه روایت شنو را از چهارچوب متن روایت دور میکند و روای را گاه همساز و گاه ناهمگون جلوه میدهد که معیار نگرش معناگرایانه اثر معروفی است. «کنفانی و معروفی» همچنین از مکانهای واقعی در رمان که مصداق بیرونی دارند، بهره جسته اند. روای هر دو رمان دانای کل است.روایت‌شناسی, رمان, ام سعد, تماماً مخصوص, ژرارژنت.Narrative, novel, Umm Saad, completely special, Geragenthttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1621.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1621.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/روایت‌شناسی رمان «ام سعد» غسان کنفانی و «تماماً مخصوص» عباس معروفی براساس نظریۀ ژرار ژنتhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/The narratology of the novel " Umm Sa'd " by Ghassan Kanfani and "Totally Special" by Abbas Maroufi based on the theory of Gerard Genet
