Fani Kashmiri mystic and writer of the Kashmir region of the 11th century, is among the most famous poets who wrote Khumsesarai under the influence of Hakim Nizami. In this research, while examining various aspects of Fani Kashmiri"s life, the works of this great poet and writer will be introduced and some conflicts in his writings will be analyzed. METHODOLOGY: The research method in this thesis is a descriptive analysis; Based on this, by using library resources and taking notes from these resources, the desired goals have been achieved. FINDINGS: Fani is a well-known mystic and scholarly poet, known for his good nature and good fortune in the land of Kashmir. He has many works in verse and prose. From a relative point of view, it reaches Sheikh Yaqub Sarfari. He has achieved a distinguished rank in Kashmir by educating students of Mumtaz Ghani, Salim and Aslah Kashmiri. He is one of the nobles of Kashmir who has the position of chieftain in the court of Shahjahan, meeting with Prince Darashkoh, meeting with the Governor of Balkh, being with the dignitaries and officials of Kashmir. And in the position of Sufism, he wears the cloak of caliphate from Maulana Sheikh Mohibullah El Abadi and is interested in poetry and philosophy. The attribution of "Dabastan Al-Mazahb" to Fani is based on baseless and biased documents and was only the beliefs and perceptions of a number of ignorant people. CONCLUSION: Fani Kashmiri, a virtuous and mystical poet, has a special scientific and mystical position in Kashmir and is almost unknown in Iran. In addition to his works, his lofty position in Kashmir is attributed to his famous students who studied under him and benefited from his grace and mortal knowledge. His works show his rich nature and fragrance; In addition to mature language, elegance and beauty are evident in his thoughts and words, and he uses the special reserves of poetic language in creating new combinations and interpretations, and word selection and composition are special features of his words. In prose, the attribution of "Dabestan Al-Mazahb " to Fani and its rejection were investigated.زمینه و هدف: شناخت شعرای که به زبان پارسی شعر گفته اند و بر گنجینه های فرهنگ و ادب ایران افزوده اند در پژوهشهای ادبی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. فانی کشمیری عارف و ادیب صاحب نام خطه کشمیر قرن یازده، در زمره نام‌آورترین شاعرانی که به تأثی از حکیم نظامی اقدام به خمسه سرایی نموده است.در این پژوهش، ضمن‌ بررسی ابعاد مختلف زندگی فانی کشمیری به معرفی آثار این شاعر و نویسنده بزرگ پرداخته خواهد شد و برخی تعارضات در نوشته های او مورد تحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت. روشها: شیوه بررسی در این جستار، تحلیلی توصیفی بوده؛ بر این اساس با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و یادداشت‌برداری از این منابع اهداف مورد نظر تامین گردیده است. یافته ها: فانی شاعری عارف وعالمی صاحب‌نام، زبانزد به حسن خلق و سجیۀ رضیۀ در دیار کشمیر است. آثار متعددی به نظم و نثر دارد. از لحاظ نسبی به شیخ یعقوب صرفی میرسد. با تربیت شاگردانی ممتاز _غنی ، سلیم و اصلح کشمیری_درکشمیر به رتبتی ممتاز دست یافته است. از اعیان کشمیر است که مقام صدرات در دربار شاهجهان، مجالست با شاهزاده داراشکوه، مصاحبت والی بلخ، همنشینی بزرگان و صاحب منصبان کشمیر را در کارنامه خود دارد. و در مقام تصوف، خرقۀ خلافت از مولانا شیخ محب الله اله آبادی پوشیده وعلاقه مند به شعر و فلسفه است. انتساب "دبستان المذاهب" به فانی به اسناد و مدارک بی‌پایه و مغرضانه برمیگردد و تنها باورها و دریافتهای تعدادی از افراد بی‌دانش بوده است. نتیجه گیری: فانی کشمیری شاعری فاضل و عارف، دارای جایگاه ویژۀ علمی و عرفانی در کشمیر است و در ایران تقریباً ناشناخته است. جایگاه رفیع او در کشمیر به استناد تذکره ها علاوه بر آثارش، به شاگردان نام‌آوری که در محضر او تلمّذ کرده و از فضل و دانش فانی بهره مند شدند نیز برمیگردد.آثار وی مبیّن طبع و قریحۀ سرشار وی است؛ که علاوه بر زبانی پخته، آراستگی و پیراستگی در اندیشه و کلامش، آشکار است، و از ذخایر خاص ّ زبان شعر در آفرینش ترکیبات و تعبیرهای جدید بهره برده و واژه گزینی و ترکیب‌سازی از خصوصیات ویژه کلام اوست. در نثر نیز انتساب "دبستان المذاهب" به فانی و رد آن، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.فانی کشمیری, آثار, حکیم نظامی, خمسه سراییFani Kashmiri, Works, Hakim Nizami, Khamse Saraihttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1831.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1831.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/معرفی فانی کشمیری و آثار اوhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Fani Kashmiri and his work
