Among the poetic schools, the Azerbaijani style, due to its tendency towards "technical poetry" and extensive use of scientific knowledge, has provided a suitable background for reflecting medical and pharmaceutical concepts. Poets of this style, especially Khaghani, Nezami, and Beylghani, have created complex and multi-layered themes by using the names of medicinal plants and their therapeutic properties, the understanding of which requires familiarity with the knowledge of traditional medicine. The aim of this study is to examine and analyze herbal medicines and therapeutic methods reflected in the poetry of Azerbaijani poets and to explain their level of awareness, mastery, and mastery of the medicinal properties of plants and their therapeutic applications. METHODOLOGY: This research was conducted using a library method and a descriptive-analytical method. First, verses related to medicinal plants and the treatment of diseases were extracted from the Divan of prominent Azerbaijani poets, then the obtained data were compared and analyzed with reliable sources of traditional Islamic-Iranian medicine and modern research in the field of herbal medicine. FINDINGS: Azerbaijani poets had a precise knowledge that went beyond general awareness of medicinal plants, temperaments, and treatment methods, and they consciously used this knowledge to serve thematic development, similes, and artistic metaphors. CONCLUSION: The remarkable correspondence between the medicinal properties mentioned in the poems and reports from traditional medicine sources indicates a deep connection between the poetry of this period and the medical knowledge and common therapeutic experiences of the time.زمینه و هدف: طب سنتی و دانش گیاه درمانی از مهم‌ترین شاخه های علوم رایج در قرون میانی اسلامی بوده و بازتاب گسترده ای در متون ادبی، بویژه شعر فارسی داشته است. در میان مکاتب شعری، سبک آذربایجانی به سبب گرایش به «شعر فنی» و بهره گیری گسترده از معارف علمی، زمینه ای مناسب برای انعکاس مفاهیم پزشکی و دارویی فراهم آورده است. شاعران این سبک، بویژه خاقانی، نظامی و بیلقانی، با بکارگیری نام گیاهان دارویی و خواص درمانی آن‌ها، مضامین پیچیده و چندلایه ای آفریده اند که درک آن‌ها مستلزم آشنایی با دانش طب سنتی است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی و تحلیل داروهای گیاهی و شیوه های درمانی بازتاب‌یافته در شعر شاعران سبک آذربایجانی و تبیین میزان آگاهی، تسلط و احاطه آنان بر خواص دارویی گیاهان و کاربردهای درمانی آنهاست. روش: این تحقیق به شیوه کتابخانه ای و با روش توصیفی– تحلیلی انجام شده است. ابتدا ابیات مرتبط با گیاهان دارویی و درمان بیماریها از دیوان شاعران شاخص سبک آذربایجانی استخراج گردید، سپس داده های بدست‌آمده با منابع معتبر طب سنتی اسلامی ـ ایرانی و پژوهشهای نوین در حوزه گیاه درمانی تطبیق و تحلیل شد. یافته های پژوهش: شاعران سبک آذربایجانی از شناختی دقیق و فراتر از آگاهی عمومی نسبت به گیاهان دارویی، مزاجها و شیوه های درمان برخوردار بوده اند و این دانش را آگاهانه در خدمت مضمون‌پردازی، تشبیه و استعاره های هنری قرار داده اند. نتیجه گیری: تطابق چشمگیر میان خواص دارویی ذکرشده در اشعار و گزارشهای منابع طب سنتی، حاکی از پیوند عمیق شعر این دوره با دانش پزشکی و تجربه های درمانی رایج زمانه است.داروهای گیاهی, طب سنتی, سبک آذربایجانی, خاقانی, نظامی, شعر فارسی.Herbal medicines, traditional medicine, Azerbaijani style, Khaqani, Nezami, Persian poetry.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/2003.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/2003.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/داروهای گیاهی و شیوه های درمانی در شعر شاعران سبک آذربایجانیhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Herbal Medicines and Therapeutic Methods in the Poetry of Azerbaijani Style Poets
